Landmark Brokers Realty Southwest offers two plans for agents to choose from when joining our office. Our agents get to choose which plan fits their needs the best.
100% Commission Plan (For seasoned agents)
Management Fees $12.00 per Week Transaction Fee Based on Sales Price
$0-$349,999--$375.00 $350,000--higher--$500.00 Signing Fee *$250.00 (Due when agent signs with office)
Commission Split Plan (For brand new agents)
Listing Commission Split 90/10 Based on 3.2% Co-op Selling Commission Splt 80/20 Based on 2.8% Co-op
* All 100% Commission Plans require a $250.00 signing fee the day of joining the office and signing the Independent Contractor Agreement.
100% agents agree to pay a weekly Management Fee of $12.00 for every Friday in a month and the Transaction Fee on the day of closing every transaction. All agent bills will be emailed to them and are due on the first day of the month. All referral fees and forfeitures of earnest money will be subject to a 80/20 split.
All Landmark Broker agents agree to the following: 1) Join and pay Real Estate Board dues our office belongs to the South Metro Board of Realtors and all of our agents must be a member of the South Metro Board. 2) Maintain Errors and Omissions Insurance 3) Pay Metrolist fees directly to Metrolist 4) All Faxes will be forwarded to agents email address 5) Listing service fees are a one time $25.00 cost to activate and manage your listings. 6) Agent is responsible to purchase their own Lock Boxes and Yard Signs 7) All advertising is the individual agents responsibility 8) All agents must have an active voice mail system for tranferred calls.
